Fylde Coast Chartered Surveyors was established to provide a high-quality surveying service where clients feel informed, supported and able to speak directly with the surveyor responsible for their instruction.
A survey should reduce uncertainty, not replace it with generic wording or technical jargon. We explain what has been identified, why it matters and what you may need to do next without unnecessary alarm.

MEET ANDREW
Having grown up on the Fylde Coast, Andrew began his career in construction, working on new-build sites before moving into the property industry as a residential valuer for a local estate agency in Blackpool. During this time, he gained experience in residential property sales and valuation while studying towards a Higher National Certificate in Construction at Blackpool and The Fylde College.
Andrew later joined a local building surveying practice in Blackpool and continued his studies at the University of Central Lancashire, graduating with a First-Class BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying.
In 2018, he joined Anderton Gables Project and Building Consultancy, working across a broad range of surveying and project management instructions. During this time, he completed his Assessment of Professional Competence and became a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
After gaining experience within both local practices and larger consultancies, Andrew established Fylde Coast Chartered Surveyors to provide clear advice, direct communication and a more personal service. Clients deal directly with Andrew throughout the process, from their initial enquiry through to aftercare once the report has been issued.
