The practice was founded by Andrew Raynor BSc (Hons) MRICS, a Chartered Building Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer.
Having grown up on the Fylde Coast, Andrew began his career in construction before moving into the property industry as a residential valuer for a local estate agency in Blackpool. He later progressed into building surveying and has since worked with both local practices and larger consultancies, combining practical experience with a genuine understanding of the local area.
You will deal directly with Andrew throughout the process, from initial enquiry through to aftercare once your report has been issued.
